Winter Warming Recipes using Herbalife Supplements

For these recipes, heat the liquid first, do not boil, with all the ingredients except Formula 1 shake or protein powder. Then add the shake/ protein powder and blend. It is a good idea to mix the Formula 1 (F1) and Protein Powder with a small amount of cold liquid and then blend to the hot one. You can use a microwave to heat, 2 minutes on medium heat should be sufficient.


Tip: Do not use a shaker for hot shakes, as the pressure caused by the hot liquid will force off the lid and you will get covered!

  • Festive Shake
    1 serving of F1 Shake in festive flavour, Toffee Apple and Cinnamon flavour 250 ml soya milk

     
  • Hot Chocolate shake
    250 ml soya milk

    banana
    warmed in microwave
    Then add F1 shake Chocolate


     
  • Hot Cappuccino
    cup of normal coffee
    1 serving F1 shake in Cappuccino or Chocolate


     
  • Hot Cookie and Cream
    250 ml Soya milk
    1 serving F1 shake Cookies & Cream
    Then microwave


     
  • Porridge
    F1 shake in any flavour
    mixed with hot porridge oats and soya milk


     
  • Soup
    Any soup (fresh, tinned or packet) heated
    when it has cooled down a little, add F1 shake Vanilla

     
  • Hot Chocolate
    F1 shake in Chocolate or Cappuccino
    1 dessert spoon of fromage frais
    1 teaspoon of coffee
    240 ml hot soya milk


     
  • Hot Nogg!
    F1 shake
    Vanilla flavour
    soya milk
    teaspoon of honey
    ¼ teaspoon vanilla essence
    ¼ teaspoon of ground nutmeg


     
  • Get up and Go!
    F1 shake Chocolate
    3 prunes
    2 tablespoons Oat Bran
    250ml warmed soya milk.
