Breakfast: A Formula 1 Smoothie meal
replacement, great nutrition weight loss. Mix in
skimmed milk, soy milk, low fat yoghurt, sugar free
fruit juice, any fruit.

Mid Morning: A piece of fruit or one of our protein snacks. see soy nuts
Herbal green tea beverage.
Lunch: Another Smoothie instead of lunch. 6 flavours: vanilla, strawberry, chocolate, tropical fruit, cappuccino, cookie'n cream.
PLUS multivitamin supplement.
Mid Afternoon: A piece of fruit or a protein snacks. see protein bar
Herbal green tea beverage.
Dinner: Your normal meal but cut back. Try lean protein (chicken, fish, tofu) with colourful vegetables. Followed by fruit or low fat yoghurt.

PLUS drink 2litres water every day.
Try to be more active than YOU would normally be during the day.
